This retention period is required to comply with AML record-keeping obligations, to resolve any outstanding disputes, and to fulfil tax and financial reporting requirements. 8.3 Self-Excluded Accounts. 13.1 AML Obligations. pakr98 is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintains an AML compliance programme that includes customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-value transactions, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting. 13.2 Transaction Monitoring. pakr98 uses automated and manual systems to monitor transactions and gaming activity for patterns consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime.
