Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakr98. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pakr98 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, that provision shall be read down to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance.
21+ Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use any pakr98 Services. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activity on the pakr98 Platform. pakr98 reserves the right to request CNIC verification at any time to confirm age compliance.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements. Failure to complete verification within the period specified by pakr98 may result in Account restrictions.
2.5 Account Approval. pakr98 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pakr98 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your pakr98 Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were actually aware of or consented to such activity at the time. This includes activity resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.
3.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pakr98 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on the pakr98 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakr98 does not charge currency conversion fees. The currency denomination of your Wallet balance is PKR at all times.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pakr98 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, NayaPay, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary without advance notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other Pakistani financial institutions are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times are estimates only and not contractually guaranteed. Diamond VIP members are entitled to a same-business-day withdrawal service.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds being satisfied in full; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the available cash balance in your Wallet; and (d) compliance with pakr98's anti-money laundering (AML) screening procedures.
4.6 Own-Name Payments. You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own legal name, as matched to your verified CNIC. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
pakr98 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may levy their own transaction fees, which are outside pakr98's control. Please consult your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable fee schedules.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pakr98 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before the resulting funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only unless the promotion explicitly states that both the deposit and bonus must be wagered. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, and expiry date are stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pakr98 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate resulting winnings, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; colluding with other users to exploit promotional terms; or any other conduct that pakr98 considers to be exploitative of its promotional offering.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed and unactivated bonuses expire on the date specified in the promotional terms. pakr98 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonuses. pakr98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable advance notice where operationally feasible.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. pakr98 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where pakr98 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, result manipulation, or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Palpable Errors. pakr98 is not obligated to honour bets accepted as a result of obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions that produce clearly incorrect odds. Where a bet is voided on the basis of a palpable error, the staked amount shall be returned to the User's Wallet.
6.3 Casino Game RNG. All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on pakr98 use independently certified RNG technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session.
6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by trained human dealers operating real physical equipment in professional studio environments. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakr98 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential civil or criminal referral:
8.1 Suspension by pakr98. pakr98 may suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; security compromise; regulatory compliance obligations; or unusual activity pending investigation. Where operationally feasible, pakr98 will notify you of a suspension via your registered contact details.
8.2 Termination by pakr98. pakr98 may terminate your Account with immediate effect and without liability to you in the event of: a material or repeated breach of these Terms; confirmed fraudulent conduct; failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the specified period; or receipt of a legally enforceable instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body requiring closure of your Account.
8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the pakr98 Platform ceases immediately. Any cash balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, except where funds are subject to an ongoing investigation or have been forfeited pursuant to these Terms.
8.4 Self-Closure by User. You may close your pakr98 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any cash balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Closing your Account does not extinguish any obligations owed to pakr98 that arose before closure.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability without advance notice in all cases.
11.2 Exclusion of Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakr98 excludes all liability for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; or any losses arising from your inability to access the Platform or use our Services.
11.3 Gaming Losses. pakr98 accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you participate willingly and with full awareness of this risk.
11.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, pakr98's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
